Founded in 2003, BioNeutra North America Inc. is the premier North American supplier of high quality fiber ingredients and products. We are dedicated to addressing the needs of our customers and consumers in both mainstream and functional food markets. Our product line provides ingredients for various food systems, contributing to advanced human nutrition and wellness in functional and healthy foods.
Our goal is to move science-based processes into the commercial product marketplace. From our head office and manufacturing base in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, BioNeutra focuses on providing consistent, quality ingredients for formulators and manufacturers.
With our patented processes and product knowledge, we are able to leverage the manufacturing technology platform to develop, manufacture, and market novel functional ingredients for food processors and food product formulators.

DEVELOPMENT
BioNeutra’s corporate activities are based in research and development, production and commercialization of food ingredients for nutraceuticals, functional health foods, and mainstream foods, with our focus being on oligosaccharides. We're also expanding our portfolio to include Resistant Dextrin and more unique blends. Our Research and Development
laboratory has been engaged on several projects to provide customers with this line of food ingredients.
The company holds the license for exclusive rights to North American manufacturing and the worldwide marketing rights for the core process technologies. This technology enables BioNeutra to manufacture the company’s leading product VitaFiber® IMO (isomaltooligosaccharide) food ingredient.
The patented process developed by our technology transforms starch molecules from local agriculture cereal crops (such as tapioca, upcycled pea starch and corn) into the functional health molecules of IMO (isomaltooligosaccharide). The resulting product, VitaFiber® IMO, provides dietary fiber and is a nutritive sweetener.
We're proud to say that we're the only IMO company who test every single batch. Our Quality Control laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment allowing us to rigorously test our products to ensure consistent, high quality product from batch to batch.
