BIONEUTRA ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

EDMONTON, Alberta, November 27, 2015 – BioNeutra Global Corporation (CSE: BGA) (“BioNeutra” or the “Company“) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, the Corporation intends to complete an offering of 2,500,000 common shares (“Common Shares”) at a price of $0.40 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $1,000,000 by way of a private placement (the “Private Placement”).

BioNeutra intends to use the proceeds from the Private Placement for general working capital.
